The check in process was smooth.Karan did an amazing job in checking us in. We travelled from Sri Lanka with 3 small kids and arrived at the Hotel in the evening- we were taken straight to our room and had a complimentary upgrade. The 2 night experience was simply superb.

The service from the second I arrived the hotel til I left was well beyond my expectations. The hotel buffet was wonderful and the service provided by the entire staff was commendable.
