If you want to live in the heart of the city, and want to explore Connaught place, book this without even thinking twice. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. My flights were cancelled and I had to extend my stay for which they were very cooperative and helped me in arranging a late checkout (paid) without any hassles. A big thanks to Deepika (Front house representative), she sure is a lovely girl. Big Kudos to her.

Great location. Friendly staff were so helpful , we arrived really early but they made q room available for us. They helped us organise trains to our next destination, so kind.

Absolute Excellence!!! We will most definately return. As a matter of fact, we did re-book a week after one of our stays only because we were so happy with our previous stay. You can see at the Shangri-la Eros Delhi, it is Team Work at its finest and because of that, is why it works so wonderfully. The Buffet was amazing and mouth watering. Restaurant staff were most kind and attentive. We can not find any fault. A special shout out to our Doorman Jitendra Rai who went above and beyond for my brother and I. We travelled from Canada and The Netherlands for Asthi Visarjan for our father and Jitendra helped us tremndously during this emotional time with logistics. He is a jewel in the Shangri-la crown!! Thank you and we hope to see you soon.
