Me and my two adopted cats were welcomed with open arms at Grace Home. The cats were free to run around and explore the place as the family are genuine animal lovers. It was a perfect place to spend our last days in India as everything was finalised for the relocation and we were preparing ourselves for the long journey to Europe. Grace Home is in a quiet, nice and safe residential area close to the metro, shops and restaurants. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi and I felt very safe and secure especially as a solo female traveler. It's run by a beautiful family and staff who'll look after and help you and a delicious breakfast is cooked for you every morning. Next time in Delhi I will stay here again for sure! I had an exceptional experience with the front office team at Zone Connect, Saket, on the 8th of September. My flight to New Zealand was scheduled for 10:05 AM, and I had checked out of my room around 6 PM in the evening, heading to the airport. Unexpectedly, I had to cancel my flight due to personal reasons and reschedule it for the following morning. In a moment of desperation, I called the front office, fully aware that I had already checked out and it was logged in their system. To my amazement, the front office team went above and beyond to assist me. They promptly consulted their manager and finance team, and without hesitation, they granted my request to stay in the same room. This level of exceptional service left me utterly impressed.
