Very nice welcome of the owner and her son (congrats for your perfect french language). The house is in the best area of Panjim, close to the old houses of Fontainhas. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast on the roof-top terrace (but could be easily improved with fresh fruits and yoghourt/curd). Would like to come back!

The Hotel located in the center of Fountainhas. All places of interest in walk able distance. We were on half board Breakfast and Dinner. Very good breakfast. We had an amazing time for dinner, cant express how tasty food was good spiced with less oil. Gave our compliments to Chef. The hotel and room interiors are in old Goa style. The staff friendly and helpful.
