Amazing guesthouse! Jeanette and the stuff are so welcoming and will help with anything you need. The building is beautiful and everything is very clean. rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop garden is lovely and pleasant. Breakfast is generous and delicious, don't skip it!

The staff were great. Mr. Tipanna is a very courteous, responsive and helpful person. So is Mr. Anil. The breakfast at Vivanta was pleasurable and delightful for a great morning start.

Great place. Really enjoyed my stay. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice hot shower. I wasn't looking for beaches so the location was great. Near food and drink.
