Beautifully located boathouse in the middle of Dal Lake, away from the crowdy area. The host Mr Fidhous made me feel right at home, and even gave me a tour of the old city. His motto: "Whatever you want, you are my guest". Will definitely come again!

The room was immaculate. TV had Netflix and Amazon prime ready to go. Air conditioning was perfect. The host was an absolute treasure, even took us to get an oil change for our motorbikes. The food was immaculate and more than edible. Private secure car parking in a safe area. He can organise tours as he is very in the know for his area. I can highly recommend this place as a safe base to explore.

The whole property was amazing and the hospitality was outstanding. Our host took care of everything and there was an essence of care and support on each step of our journey.
Attention to details of the room was splendid and the owner had put his heart into his service and hospitality.
