Super nice! Very cozy and comfortable guesthouse, well-located away from the busy cliff tourist area (but still within walking distance). Our room was spacious, and the bed quality was excellent. The guesthouse is quiet and located just 1 minute away from the beach in a charming garden. Food is available, and laundry service is provided. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back if we return to Varkala!

What a wonderful experience to stay in a beautiful room with a spacious terrace in a lush garden. Also in the bathroom you had the garden feeling. Tastefully decorated everywhere. For breakfast you had the choice of 5 options every time. Always super delicious! Also for the fresh coffee (freshly ground coffee beans!). Quality in everything. And then the friendliness that we were allowed to experience: warm contacts! This quiet place, surrounded by nature, is also very close to the beach. Yes, we enjoyed it all the way! When possible we will definitely come back!

If you come to Kerela cottage, you’ll notices that you have find a gem between pebbles. This place is located right at the beach with a beautiful seaside view. After arriving you’ll instantly feel more relaxed due to its set-up, the natural surroundings and the personal welcoming you. Compared with the other cottage’s placed along the coastline, this one is really peaceful and quiet. No tourists passing by in this part of town. The place is well located and you’ll be at famous Varkala beach in about twenty minutes of a walk. The boutiques and shops are also nearby. If walking doesn’t suit you, the personal is happy to arrange a rig shaw for you. If you need anything at all, the personal will be there. Wether it is to arrange transport, activities, house cleaning or food. They will take care of it. They are very polite and they will make sure you’ll have the best experience while staying at the Kerela cottage. The cottages themselves are very well maintained, it’s very clean, the furniture is durable and the set up is very cozy. It has all facilities you need to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast in the morning, is also delightful start of they day. With seaside view, awesome food and top service. I would rate the place and it’s personal the highest grade. If you stayed over you understand why it has such a high rating.

Property ,especially rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean, AC remote battery very weak so not able to adjust temperature, you can include tea/coffe along with breakfast, and Hot water is not available in the bathroom, appart from these concern, it's very good Property giving feel like Home
