Everything was perfect, it is close to bus station, also to meet up point and everything is near. The stuff is amazing and our room was changed to apartment and it was over the top beautiful. High recommendation.

An earlier than expected check in and assistance with suggestions for a place to have breakfast while storing my luggage was a great start when arriving very early in the morning of my first day. The staff at the front desk were personable and resourceful and extremely patient, kind and helpful. The ambience was aesthetically pleasing. The hotel guests were exceptionally open to conversation and sharing tips about places to go and what to see as well. Staff were extremely helpful with booking a tour and reviewing the map for directions on travel and walking. This was a perfect hotel in a great location. I would definitely return.

Location was great. Apartment was really nice and decor was enjoyable. Beds were good. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very well.

Very clean. Although there are lots of beds in a room, but each bed has its own curtain, locker, small table, sockets, towel. Very well equipped and privacy is good. Very comfortable bed. Showers and toilets are clean and with shampoo. Kitchen is clean. Public area is very cozy. Laundry service is 1500ISK. Staff is very friendly. The location is good. Close to main Laugavegur street. 15min walk to BSI bus terminal. Can’t complain anything.

Practical and very clean apartment in an absolutely fantastic location. We stayed here for our first night in Reykjavik and couldn’t have wished for a better spot, beautifully located close to all the main sights. The owner was very easy to reach and provided clear check-in instructions. We would definitely book again.

The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, right next to the Rainbow street, and so it is a very close proximity to all the main activities in Reykjavik. It is about 8 min walk from the bus drop station as you arrive from the airport, 10 min to the port, and just a few minutes to the streets that buzz with life and tourist attraction. It was very easy to find, directions were excellent. At first, the entrance next to the parking lot discouraged us and we were a bit worried that the apartment is on the ground level. However, I never once woke up during our 3-nights stay there even though I am sensitivity usually to the noise. My husband did hear some noise from other flats in the building as people came and went, but it was not obsessive. There was no disturbance from the parking lot or a club located nearby. Inside, the apartment was clean and well organised. We enjoyed a coffee maker and selection of teas. The shower with the Icelandic natural water was gorgeous to wash away the tiredness after a day of travel. There were enough sockets around the apartment for each of our devices, a comfortable sofa to rest on, a fridge and a cooker. It was also very warm inside. The bed was comfy.

Charming hotel in an unbeatable location, an absulute gem, very cosy and beautifully renovated respecting the original bones of the house - it is one of the oldest in town and very interesting historically. I felt right at home there and Steinunn is a very friendly host, loved chatting to her and the rest of the staff at breakfast, which was btw excellent and way beyond my expectations too. I will definitely be back on my next stay :)
