The propery is in the historical center of Bolzano near good restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment was spatious and comfortable with a small kitchen and a nice terrace. The parking is safe and the parking spots are good for SUVs. I think this is a very good choise for couples and also for families with children.

A great place to stay in Bolzano. The location is on a quiet street and we got the room with an outdoor balcony to the courtyard and a lovely French balcony as well. The interior of the room is modern and clean. Our host Manuel is very friendly and always helpful, and the communications went all smoothly. Would for sure recommend this place.

The entrance/ the spacious beautifull bedroom/ The Nice swimmingpool/ the outdoor diner with white tablecloth. It looked soooo new/ nice open spa/ correct and very friendly people working here/ enough possibility for breakfast, who has that at home?
