Throughout my stay, the staff at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I found my experience delightful due to the hotel's excellent location for my trip and the outstanding service provided by the staff. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

The hotel staff was very polite, hotel rooms clean and spacious, breakfast and dinner were very very good, since I am vegan meals were adjusted to my preference so that was a bonus and a nice surprise. Overall great stay.

Great selection on breakfast. Dinner was fabulous from high quality of dishes to very professional and friendly waiting staff. Spa and wellness area fantastic. One of the best hotels which Ive ever stayed in Dolomites. Great value for money.

Hotel Krondlhof is a cozy and modernly furnished hotel in an excellent location, just a short distance from the ski lifts to Kronplatz. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The absolute highlight of our stay was the dinners – an exceptional culinary experience! I simply have to come back again.
