Everything was great during my stay but a special shout out to all the hotel staff - at check in, breakfast (especially Sahar), room service, bar and reception (especially Hicham). Everyone went above and beyond to address and issues or concerns I had., and to accommodate all my needs. Hotel is very clean, convenient location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Florence.

Every thing was just great about the place. Amazing view and its not on the main street so its quite all day. Samuela was just amazing in hospitality and support to make you really feel like you are in your own place and city. She would provide any support you can think of. Not many places in Florence comes with an elevator but this one had and comes with excellent air conditioning too.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Mario our host was very helpful, He shared with us the history of the building along with the best locations and routes to the attractions and some very good restaurants. We could not fault the apartment it had everything we needed , was very pleasently decorated and as I have already said the location was excellent
