Everything was great during my stay but a special shout out to all the hotel staff - at check in, breakfast (especially Sahar), room service, bar and reception (especially Hicham). Everyone went above and beyond to address and issues or concerns I had., and to accommodate all my needs. Hotel is very clean, convenient location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Florence.

Honestly, this place was just amazing. The location is great, the people are welcoming, the rooms are big and super clean ( really important for me!), and it looks so authentique and special. it wasn’t noisy even though it is really in the center of everything!
