We had 3 wonderful days at Horto Convento. The building is so beautiful, in the most wonderful secluded little courtyard in the best neighborhood in Florence. Every corner of the hotel smells incredible, it is clean and beautifully decorated, and every detail is curated. We were so comfortable, the hotel and pillows were incredible and even the products in the bathroom were so so good. But the best thing was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome and looked after. Special mention to the bartender, the most lovely guy ever that took time to chat with us and was so so kind and friendly!!

Lovely apartement with a great host. The accomodation is very central, you can easily walk around and reach all the main spots. The host provides a list of restaurants, bars and all important attractions. The room is well equiped and really clean and organized. Perfect place to rest after a beautiful day in Florence.

The location is incredible - a palace in the old city with the largest private garden in an old city in Europe, from where you can reach all the main attraction within a 15 minute walk. The guy at the reception (sorry for not remembering the name) was a great help.

Hotel is very close to the bus stop. Very well located. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff are accommodating. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. They allowed us to check-in early. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, too. Overall, great experience.
