Position is outstanding. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags there early and pick them up late. I needed a doctor, on a public holiday, and they arranged it immediately. Can't praise them enough. It is a small hotel with an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing, coffee, food and service. Windows could be opened, we could listen to the life below and when closed it was completely silent.

This is the best hotel, by far, that you can find in Florence. I travel a lot and it has been a while since I was so happy with the choice of my hotel. Location, food, cleanness, wifi, everything worked well.

We spent very nice weekend in this hotel. The charming and caring staff, who congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, helped us decide on the choice of restaurants. The hotel itself is very stylish and thought out to the smallest detail. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, a selection of drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast is a la carte - what could be better.

This former Augustine convent of the 13th century is set beside the Uffizi Gallery, facing Florence's Ponte Vecchio. The roof garden with bar offers views of the Cathedral.

The location is amazing. It's next to the Galleria degli Uffizi and close to all the main attractions, which allows us to access them all easily without needing to take transport. We also highlight the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was also very good. I would also like to highlight the rooftop and its very cozy bar.

Super convenient platform to make reservations. Rooms are neat and tidy, with enough amenities. Hustle free process, couldn't ask for something simpler.
