The Hotel itself is gorgeous; everything is clean and well kept. We arrived and had an issue with our A/C we notifed the staff and were relocated for the night and upgraded the very next day. Everyone was professional and were thoroughly cross trained in ensuring each guest felt well taken care of. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh each morning, Their recommendations for sightseeing were spot on as were their accomodations for the night we arrived back from Venice after the kitchen was closed. I cannot express our appreciation for Madlen and Carmine enough; they were wonderful. Marco, the manager of the hotel was warm, friendly and definitely excels at providing both a well trained staff and top notch hotel. We not only recommend this hotel but we will be returning on our next trip to Italy!!

The accomodation is a really new, lovely, stylish place. There is a daily cleaning service, which was very good for us, with a little baby. Betty the host, and also the cleaning lady was very-very kind, and helpful, there was a pleasue to stay there. The place is just in the city center, you can reach every important thing by walk. Despite, the accomodation is on a busy road, the windows are well insulated, so you can rest well. A few steps away, there is a great bar, to have a coffee and breakfast. The parking place is also a great option, without there, definitely would be hard to find a place.

I have met some really nice people in my life but only very rarely have I experienced the kindness and hospitality I was treated with at this place. It felt like the staff, from housekeeping to receptionists, are just really happy people, they do not just pretend for the sake of their jobs. The hotel as well as the rooms were super clean, the breakfast very good and I could not complain about a single thing even if I wanted to. 10/10, thank you very much!
