An extremely beautiful place, at an altitude of around 2000 m.a.s.l., a beautiful view directly from the interior. Casa Noemi is a very nice modern house with an architecture sensitive to its surroundings. High-quality construction and material solution, very tasteful interior, excellently equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort. Quiet nights, fragrant meadows, beautiful mornings, tinkling of cowbells somewhere in the distance. Not far away in the neighborhood, a rooster crowed in the morning and he also sounded a beautiful bel canto. We were really excited and captivated.

Great accommodation in a beautiful setting. The apartment is modern, new, very clean, and well equipped – you’ll find everything you need. The outdoor hot tub and sauna are perfect. The location is about 10 minutes by car from Livigno, so having your own vehicle is ideal. Everything works flawlessly through self-service, and the communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

The apartment is wonderful, the orientation is perfect, the sun shines all day long. From every window you can see the mountains, the stream, the herd of grazing cows. The local shops are close and the service is good. An excellent restaurant is a short walk away.
The internal distribution is very convenient. The connection between the terrace and the garden is fantastic. We went cycling, we visited wonderful places.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The sauna and jacuzzi in the garden were a great experience in the evenings.

Beautiful, cosy, comfortable apartment with stunning view. The hosts made every provision for our privacy, so we felt like we were in our own home. The biggest surprise was the mountain spring water in the courtyard. We will definitely come back again.
