Hotel 22 matzo is very cozy hotel in a good area of ​​Milan. Milan center is 5 minutes by tram. The rooms are all new with good plumbing and new beds, high quality bed linen. The apartment is very cozy, has everything you need, a wonderful terrace with greenery around, the location is very good, a quiet and safe place, there is a hypermarket nearby where you will find everything. Location was really great and accessible, some great pastry shops in the nearby and a beautiful park. Easy access to the metro. Apartment was clean, comfortable, had all amenities and the host was really nice.

Very clean, well equipped, excellently organized and all staff we dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. And yes, we had our little adventure when the outer door of the two apartments didn’t open and we couldn’t get out one morning, but first of all someone from the staff called the owner right away, secondly he came to our rescue within minutes and solved the problem. Anything mechanical can fail, there was no one to blame. And he was so apologetic that we almost felt bad we had to bother him.

We loved that the check in and check out were managed by the owner, giving it a personal touch. The large shower was fantastic, as were the patio and kitchen. And the screens on the windows to keep mosquitoes out are a godsend. Everything was incredibly clean and well designed. Really a wonderful BnB!

It was a nice retreat after a big day sightseeing. The location was amazing with the tram stop to the duomo just outside the door - 10-15 minutes ride. Security was excellent as the unit is in a secure apartment block. The bus to Linate airport is also at the front door with a 10 min ride.

We had a great stay at the property! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and in an excellent location—close to everything we needed. Our host, Naomi, was fantastic—always available, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and well-organized. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be the beds—they weren’t the most comfortable and could be upgraded for a better night’s sleep. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
