It seems to be very new, everything is in excellent condition. It's a restored property inside an apartments building in a very good location, just walking minutes away from Piazza Plebiscito or Castel dell' Ovo and Castel Nuovo. Room was very clean. Staff was very kind to assist in all moment which was very nice.

Mario is the best, he even called a Taxi for us to go to the train station. The apartment is small but with a great design. everything was REALLY clean and he left a lof of things for breakfast ;) The location is good, close to everything. It is not a tourist neighborhood so you will feel like a real Napolitano, but walkign distance to everything! Thanks a lot Mario!

I liked everything, the location is super good, everything was new and clean, the apartment was super nice, everything was working great and the owner was very kind, polite and helpful.
