Gennaro was amazing! He communicated with us from the beginning and maintained communications throughout our stay. He provided many recommendations for food, bars, and attractions. He was readily available at all times, respectful, and responded to all our questions I'm a timely manner. The apartment was in a centralized location, safe and, most importantly, very clean. We will definitely reserve this location again for our next trip to Napoli, and we recommend it for our friends and family. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Loved it! Maradona (#10) forever!

We had a wonderful stay in Napoli! The hotel felt very secure, was extremely clean, and our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. We really appreciated the early check-in with no hassle — they even welcomed us with drinks and a snack.
Vincenzo was incredibly helpful and kind. Since we only had one full day, he gave us great recommendations for pizza and dinner, texted us his contact in case we needed anything, and even arranged our cab for the morning. His attentiveness made a big difference in our stay.
Breakfast at the downstairs café was simple and convenient, and the fresh orange juice was especially good.
Highly recommend this place and hope to be back!
