Perfectly located ( neat central market, duomo etc) and a cute room very tastefully and eclectically decorated with fabulous view. But most importantly wonderfully friendly informative and helpful Giarda made the visit special We were able to leave luggage and get a airport transfer organised. Also having the elevator was a huge plus.

On a return visit, our room was changed as my wife had a bad knee and it was difficult climbing stairs. The location was excellent being in the centre of everything. The breakfasts were good but the staff made our visit exceptional. A big thank you to Alexandra and Andrea.
