Our host was delightful, so helpful, friendly and engaging. Our room was quiet, and the bed was great. We really appreciated the kitchen area and to be able to make a nespresso plus snacks anytime we wanted, in addition to having a quick breakfast next door at the cafe. The location is very convenient.

Very modern, clean, high spec room, mine also had balcony, which was lovely for brunch. Host very responsive and helpful even with my request to find bar that showed English football! Also, nice touch with complimentary snacks and coffee. 5 mins walk to Centre but also very quiet. Thanks for great product and service.

Excellent location in the middle of Parma. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The shower stall was quite roomy and water pressure was sufficient.
