Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Grazie mille!

I have stayed in many hotels in Rimini, Italy and around Europe and this one is the best value for money and the best customer service. Absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional, all of the staff members are great, especially Cristian. The building is the newest out of all the hotels i stayed in rimini, irs very close to the beach and supermarkets are a 5 minute walk and there is a very cheap breakfast option in the hotel.

Located on a quiet street, and at the same time close to beach, restaurants, shops. Excellent connections with public transport. Only 10 minutes by foot to Miramare train station. The room is comfortable and big enough. Room furniture and amenities are useful and convenient, selected with care to the detail. I loved that is a family run business and they are all lovely and very helpful. We came with 2 medium size dogs and it was great! There is not much green around for dogs but a quick walk to the beach, about 4minutes, and is solved :) Very close to the beach. They also suggested places to eat and drink in Rimini center as we requested and it was amazing! The room was great, we had balcony also and neighborhood is quiet even tho is lively in the night, so you can have a great night sleep. Room has AC and TV, which is really great and window has blinds so you can sleep extra dark! Also the breakfast was good, variations of cakes and cookies handmade, cheese, salame, fruits, eggs, yogurt, brioche, coffee, juice and more. I had made a few requests and they were prompt to serve as well. Amazing hosts and place! Would recommend and stay again! Thank you for making our stay wonderful, Aurora and family!

It's a good economic choose especially when you realise how fabulous staff are there. Lorenzo and team doing great job, always glad to help you out. Amazing localization, circa 200m to the beach. Clean room. Delicious breakfasts.
