A very pleasant family hotel, in the first row to the sea. The friendly owners provide a great atmosphere, especially Fabio, who is also an excellent host at breakfast. We enjoyed sitting on their terrace in the evenings. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, our own swimming pool behind the hotel, the presence of a life guard from morning to evening, which means that we parents can not worry about our children.
Parking for a few cars next to the hotel (€10/day), the rest of us parked approx. 700m away (€5/day), there is a free shuttle.
We spent our vacation on the Italian Riviera for the first time and we will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff. Well maintained room despite the furniture being slightly dated and some awkward corners in the room. Restaurant was pretty and the physical room keys were a nice retro-touch. Shower was spacious by Italian standards (ie normal by US/UK standards).

There is an elevator, the owner is always in touch — a very responsive and pleasant person.
The mattress is comfortable, everything is clean and neat!
Definitely recommend!
I really liked the area — lots of cafés, entertainment, and a small supermarket nearby.
Everything on the beach is well organized.
For me, this place is definitely better than the center of Rimini!

A very pleasant place to stay! The hotel is clean and tidy, with comfortable conditions. The owners are friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and filling. There’s air conditioning in the room, which is especially valuable in hot weather. Just 100 meters from the sea — a perfect location. Great value for money. I definitely recommend it!

Staff at the hotel are great! Our car broke down in rimini and we forced to stop over 2 nights, with my husband, 1 years old child and a dog. The propriety gave us an upgrade to make more pleasant our stay. Very appreciate. Breakfast is great, t hey have homemade cakes and a variation of salty selection too (very difficult in italy)
This hotel is children friendly, they have a playground corner.. very useful with a toddler. The location is priceless, in front of the riviera romagnola.
