Beautiful modern apartment. Super clean. Everything was new and very nice. We really enjoyed our Stay. Would come back again any time. Can really recommend it. Super convenient location. Local, authentic area and only 1 min to subway station.

Everything was great! The location convenient, the room newly renovated, clean. The hosts were warm, welcoming, attentive to details. The breakfast - delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is in a cozy neighborhood, with a largish supermarket nearby. Nice food options around and close to the subway.

- the landlords were very friendly. They allowed us to leave the luggage a few more hours after checkout and were available to meet us to take them back. - the room was very clean. - breakfast was simple and decent but was enough for us to start the day (bread, salami, prosciutto, cheese, homemade jam, sweets, and coffee). The landlady was kind enough to make a cappuccino for us on our first morning there. - location was very close to the metro station (2 mins walking).

Very nice and clean room. Truly Italian style breakfast in local bar. Excellent and helpful host. 1 min to a metro station.

Room was clean and comfy, the common kitchen was well equipped, AC was working well.

My stay at Titina was exceptional value for money, however it is a 10min metro ride from the 'action' of Rome and away from the touristy areas - which gives a different perspective on Rome and Italy for the first-time traveller. Titina is a 2 minute walk from the nearest station, and just as far from a number of bus routes, making it easy to get to anywhere in the city for a 3EUR tap-on using a credit card (no need for any travel cards/tickets in Rome). The rooms take up a floor in a larger apartment building, and is not staffed 24/7. Francesco is proactive and reached out to me the day before my stay via WhatsApp to arrange a check-in time, and he was there on my arrival to show me my apartment, show me the 4 different keys provided and their uses (one for the door to the building, one for the door to the floor, one for a second airlock door, and the door for the actual room), and check me in. Keep in mind that Rome charges a tourist tax at 12EUR per person, so for a 2 person stay you will need to bring 24EUR in cash on top of what you will pay through Booking.com. The apartments are clean, feature a communal kitchen for the 5 or so other rooms on the floor (which I didn't use, but there are coffee pods provided in the rooms and a kettle/coffee machine that can be used). There was no safe in my room, and you will need to remember to lock the door to your room at night as the doors are key-only and must be locked from either side when you do not want there to be access to the room. Beds are comfy, and there was a couch-type lounge in the room too. My room did not have a TV (no problems, wasn't going to be needing it - there's so much to see in Rome). Bathrooms were clean. One thing I've seen some other reviews note are how they say they could hear other residents in the other rooms, but this is not a problem I had (maybe I got lucky and everyone else was quiet).

It was honestly the best stay I've had so far. Everything was amazing, from the clarity of instructions before the arrival, through the friendliest personnel and delicious breakfast, to the very comfortable bed and super clean room. 10/10

The property had everything we needed - right down to charging cables at every bed and a hair straightener !
