The manager/owner was very welcome and friendly towards us. He meet us at 4am and the late checkin was smooth for us. He also sent us useful locations nearby. Our room was small, but all facilities were though through and available. Good value for money.

Everything was perfect.The room was perfect,clean and comfortable.The owner and the staff were great.Breakfast was great.The accommodation is near the metro station which you will find really time saving if you want to visit many places.Our flight was scheduled for 10:00pm and the owner did as a favor and let as check out later and held our things so we could spend some time at the city center without having to carry them so many hours.If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it.Greatly recommended.Thank you for everything

Very cozy apartament, very clean and the staff is very friendly and paying attention to details and our needs. It's also situated close to metro station and has plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It was one of the best accomodations we ever had.

The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you might need during your stay (even a first aid kit, that was really helpful)🤍 Although not in a central location, we were able to easily go to the centre via metro (Line A). It’s literally 3-4 minutes away. Also, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Will definitely choose Appia rooms once I’m in Rome again.

The place is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a metro station. The room has all you need, it's clean and cozy. The bed is very confortable. The breakfast includes fresh croissants, yogurts, butter, jam, honey, milk, cereals, bread, coffee, tea. The host was very helpful when we needed.
