I'm very happy we chose to stay at Appian Private Suites: it was a great mini-vacation and I wish we could've stayed longer. I definitely recommend staying here: the room was spotless clean, it had everything you need, and the communication with our hosts (Alexandru & Jenny) was great, they were the most welcoming hosts! We had a nice terrace, with green plants, a table and chairs, where one can enjoy the breakfast when the weather is nice and warm. The breakfast was very good and tasty and the (free) minibar was refilled every day. In case you need anything extra, there is an Elite supermarket just next to the building. The location is not in the old city center, but you can easily reach there by bus, by metro (direct line) or by taxi (approx. costs are around 15-20 EUR). We even walked to Trastavere area :)

The apartment is very stylish, newly renovated and furnished. They are not located in the center of Rome, but this is more of a plus than a minus. It is very cozy and colorful here. A few meters from the metro and the train station where the train from the airport stops. The staff is always ready to help and resolve any issue. Every morning there is a street market with fresh products next to the house, which was very convenient and delicious. There are also excellent restaurants where the food is not expensive and delicious. I definitely recommend this apartment, you will be satisfied

Wish we could stay longer. The beds were perfect! And everything clean and close to buses and underground. Check in/out so smooth. There is Nothing to complain about!

The location is near San Giovanni metro station, which is about a 15-minute journey from city center. The owner is a great guy, very helpful and nice. There's a bakery next to the place, perfect for breakfast or a quick coffee. There's also private parking nearby. We arrived at 8pm and the staff at the parking didn't speak English, owner of Sweet Home Faleria kindly spoke with him over my phone and settled everything. Would 100 % recommend.

The room is in a perfect location, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The check-in was very smooth and Maria welcomed us in the best way. She's super friendly and accommodated every request we had. The room is clean and the breakfast is properly Italian style.
