The studio was very tastefully arranged in a well-maintained building. Double-glazed windows where you could open the window if you wanted some fresh air. Coffee machine with some espressos. The owner asked us what time we'd be arriving and kindly welcomed us with a list of good places to eat. A 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. We would definitely recommend this place.

The rooms are very well kept and decorated. We met Simona, a staff member who was incredibly kind and courteous. The location of it is amazing; you'll open the door and see the Colosseo in front of you. It is near most of the attractions of the city by walking or you can to to the nearby metro. The staff was kind enough to send us a list of recommended places for eating and drinking in the whole city. The guest house itself is amazing and the staff support made it even better!
