Walking into the space, I was immediately struck by the delightful harmony of the room's design. The excellent location of the establishment further enhanced the convenience of my visit, placing me at the heart of the city's vibrancy and within arm's reach of essential landmarks and hidden gems alike. As for the bed, it was a haven of comfort. The mattress provided the perfect balance of support and softness, ushering me into a peaceful slumber each night and leaving me rejuvenated each morning. You definitely need to book this place when you go to Rome! This is not my first time in Rome, I was looking for an accommodation in this exact area, because it is quite safe, close to all the main attractions (it was important for us that we could walk everywhere, there are many restaurants, cafes (literally downstairs you can eat delicious gelato or other Italian desserts), grocery stores (they’re not big, but you can find there almost all you need). Just before coming, we’ve been provided with some file with tips about places where to eat, that was very very very helpful! We followed them + we found our favorite spots (for example, just a min walk from an accommodation we found a tiny pizza place, which we visited everyday, when we wanted to have a quick meal, and every time it was delicious :) What I loved the most that the windows overlook a small square with a fountain, so there was a lot of light in the room. Although there were always many people on that square (yes, we also spent a lot of time downstairs by that fountain eating an ice cream), the noise from the street absolutely did not bother us. The room was small, but very comfortable, clean and very quiet, we didn’t hear anything/anyone from the other rooms. I liked that there was a coffee machine and a kettle. What I personally missed is some glasses for water and maybe a big trash bin. The bathroom was quite spacious and warm. Everything was very clean! Our room was on the first floor, we walked up the stairs, but there’s also a small elevator to get upstairs. We were in constant contact with the owner (I guess) of this place, Alessio always promptly answered our questions and tried to help, many many thanks for this! If we plan a trip to Rome again, we will definitely stay over there! ✨

Very clean and gut organized new apartment, we had everything we required for the time we booked this place. We choose it based on convenient location next to city centre and Temini, and we make no mistake. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and food stores on the street. Simona is very responsive hostess, give us great local recommendations and left us warious snacks. So I can highly recommend this place 😉☺️

Absolutely unbeatable view from a massive balcony for a city unit. It's a modern, neat, clean studio apartment. Not big but fine for the 5 days we stayed there. The lift is a must as its on the top floor. Kiki and Irene were great hosts. They offered us heaps of advice of where to eat and look around. It's so close to all the major attractions. So easy to walk to everything. Perfect place to stay.
