Staff , staff and staff , the staff, there was really amazing and willing to help, they make you feel like staying in ur friends' home, not at a hotel. David did his best to make this possible , Antonio also was great help. The hotel is not really in the center, but the metro station is very near, and the bus stop across the road, which is only 2 stops from the train station and 3 from Colosseum. The room was clean, the air-conditioning worked very well , the room have fridge and safe ( although the safe is a bit old but efficient). Free snacks and coffee are available in the morning.

Room was nice and comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. Housekeeping was great, all staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Easy to get the bus or metro and only 10 mins from termini.

Honestly – for the money I paid for the apartment, it was an absolute steal – it was so spacious, and so conveniently located right next to a metro station and a bus stop – which made getting around Rome super super easy. the apartment is also next to a restaurant that does delicious sandwiches, juices and coffee so if you ever need a quick bite, you can always just cross the road for that. Ricardo was a complete sweetheart who helped my dad lift extremely heavy luggage, even though he absolutely did not have to do that but I appreciate it just the same. Absolutely loved staying here during our trip and I will definitely be booking again when I come back to Rome.

We unfortunately only stayed for one night but everything was really great! We had all that we needed and more in the room and we found the location very easily, exactly where it says it is in google maps. We would all highly recommend and will come back whenever we need a place to stay in Rome.

Very clean spacious with a good location. The hose was very helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned every day. I was given coffee every day. The host was very helpful regarding checking in.

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. It was very tidy and exceptionally clean, located in a great area. It's an urban neighborhood just outside the city center, with everything you need nearby — especially the metro station, which is only a 5-minute walk away and offers fast transport to all desired locations. Inside the accommodation, you have complete privacy and independence from others, which made our stay even more comfortable.
