I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere. I also loved the little touches — from the cozy lobby to the attention to detail in the service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great service. I will definitely be coming back!

I didn't have breakfast, I left early on Christmas Day. But there's an Italian coffee maker in the room! Even though it was a holiday, the attendant was readily available by phone. He stayed on the call with me through the entire check-in process. Checking in was super easy. The hotel is very secure. It was a 2 minute walk, at most, from the bus/train station. Late night eating in the immediate area (I arrived late Christmas Eve). Nice size shower in my room. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty electrical outlets throughout the room. If you're a member of Anytime Fitness, there's a facility next door. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Everthing was perfect. The room is clean & calm The localisation too near to the tiburtena metro. The owner is very helpfull person & respectfull. We found the juice, milk, water & cockies in our refrigerateur. The most important is that they allow you to keep your laggage in the house after your check out. The room are simillaire to the pictures.

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. It was very tidy and exceptionally clean, located in a great area. It's an urban neighborhood just outside the city center, with everything you need nearby — especially the metro station, which is only a 5-minute walk away and offers fast transport to all desired locations. The location is 3 minutes walking distance from Bologna metro, which is very helpful. There are also very close (2-3 mins walking) various bus stations. Something not mentioned in the description of the accommodation is that 11 minutes walking distance away is the Roma Tiburtina Stazione, from which you can get (for sure during night times, probably during the day also) a direct bus for 7 euros to the airport. Also, from the airport, you can go by bus directly to Roma Tiburtina and walk 11 minutes to the accommodation. so you dont need trains and metro to go there. You can go via metro or bus to Fontana di Trevi and the Colosseum in about 15-25 minutes and to the Vatican in about 30-35 mins. The apartment was really clean beyond expectation. Every day coming back there was a great smell; the cleaning lady is very polite and does a great job. Hot water anytime, even after midnight. Clean bedsheets and a change of towels whenever you want. Communication with the host was direct, and the response was really fast.
