I loved the breakfast set up, especially the coffee!!!! It tasted better than most cafes in the city. The food came with a spread and I didn't get hungry until 2pm after eating breakfast at the hotel. The manager at the front was very friendly and nice as well as all other staffs. Last but not least the LOCATION was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better location in the city. It's close from all the touristy places like Spanish steps(literally right outside), Fontana di Trevi, The Pantheon, and Colosseum. It was all walkable (5~30 mins distance). If you need to take the subway it's right there with Spanish steps. It's also nice for shopping as well, having a huge district with many luxury boutiques right down the Spanish steps as well as a department store on the other side. Perfect location!!

I like everything from start to end at the hotel. It was just above my expectations and the staff are very nice and helpful.We had just an awesome time during our stay and thinking we could have planned more days to stay. Not sure how much it's possible but this has become one of the most favourite hotels and I'm looking forward to coming back if possible. I would like to convey our BIG thanks to staff for their hard work to make guests happy 😁. And all the best to the hotel and the staff for its future bookings. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for a first time visitor. You can access many of Rome's incredible sights in under 30 minutes of strolling. Via del Babuino itself is full of shops, and the Spagna metro station is 5 minutes away. The surrounding streets are full of restaurants, and the Carrefour Express is always available in a pinch. The staff was very friendly and accomodating -- Lucky, especially, with whom we dealt with more frequently both when arranging the stay and during it. We also had very pleasant interactions with Nadia and Alessandro. The apartment is super comfortable. The main bedroom, on the upper floor, was spacious, and my son also enjoyed having his own room. Both beds were very nice to sleep on. The kitchen, while small, was furnished daily with new coffee capsules and water by the cleaning staff. They were, by the way, invaluable to our pleasant experience: when we returned to the apartment after a long day of walking, it always smelled incredible from them working their magic.

The junior suite with balcony at My Spanish Steps is our favourite hotel room in Rome. We have been there before and will definitely come back. The view from the balcony is amazing, the room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the facitilies and service outstanding. The friendly and helpful host makes us feel very welcome.
