The apartment is lovely extremely modern, with a stunning coffee shop and Ice cream shop on the other side. The location is really good near a bus terminal and a train station 🚉 . Eden was extremely friendly and caring we definitely recommended absolutely top in my opinion.

I stayed only overnight, however I was surprised in a good way, apartment was super clean, it has everything you need, tea, coffee, salt, oil and etc. Even in the bathroom there was all the hygiene products which is so sweet. location was nice since I was looking stay close to tiburtina, it took me 15 minutes by walk to the station. Rossella is a nicest person I ever met☺️ overall I enjoyed the stay

Excellent service from the owners. Always willing to help and provide suggestions. Very clean rooms and excellent bedding. This place is very safe. Also note that this place is very close to train station and is almost connected to the main train station terminal. The metro station is also very close and transportation was an ease in Rome. Lot of Pizza places and the suggestion of Pizza place from the owner was very good.

Absolutely fantastic experience. First of all - the host. Gianluca is super friendly and nice. He met us to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. Throughout our stay he gave us loads of useful tips and recommendations (restaurants, places to see, etc). He made our stay so much better! The apartment itself is fabulous. It's immaculately clean. It's really big and it has a huge terrace where you can enjoy a sunrise or a sunset with a cup of authentic Italian espresso. It has a TV in every room and all the necessary facilities. The location is also quite good. It's not exactly in the centre of Rome but it's really close to Tiburtina station (trains, metro, buses, etc) and you can get to the city centre within like 20 mins. It's a pretty quiet neighbourhood which means there is no noise at night and you can sleep really well. It's also full of wonderful, friendly Italians so you can see what the locals live like and you can get a break from super touristy centre of Rome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back and stay at Gianluca's lovely apartment again. Grazie mille!
