Even before our arrival, we were genuinely touched by the care of the hosts – their communication was beyond excellent, something I’ve never experienced anywhere before. The accommodation is literally “10 steps” from the metro station, which is a huge advantage if you’re planning to explore the city. The place itself is beautiful – spotlessly clean, fragrant, modern, and at the same time, it feels like home, like being in someone’s cozy garden. The highlight is the outdoor terrace – spacious, absolutely stunning, surrounded by blooming roses and various flowers lovingly cared for by the host. The surrounding greenery makes you feel as if you’re in the countryside, not in a busy city. Breakfast is served just across the street in the owners’ own bakery – always fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. Their willingness to help with absolutely everything and their warm, kind approach make you feel truly welcome and appreciated. If I had to choose between a five-star hotel and this accommodation, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second – this place has life, soul, peace, and heart. I booked the apartment for my parents for their vacations in Rome. And the stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and has an indoor balcony where you can enjoy coffee every morning. The apartment features a beautiful, modern renovation and includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. Right at the entrance to the complex, there is a lovely café where you can have a delicious breakfast. Supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance. The train and bus stations, as well as a metro station, are nearby. The host is very pleasant and was always available.

Boasting city views, Dina Suite Rome provides accommodation with terrace, around 3.1 km from Porta Maggiore. It is situated 3.9 km from Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station and offers full-day security.

This is the first time I've stayed in an apartment while travelling... and I must say the place I booked exceeded my expectations! I always look for accommodations near subway stations (where applicable) or close to some of the city's main attractions (provided the price isn't too high) and with a rating of at least 8 out of 10. This being said, Aruna Suites is one of the best places I've ever stayed! You can reach the apartment by metro (no more than a 8-10 minute walk from the Quintiliani or Tiburtina metro stations) or by bus (2 lines run less than 100 meters near the apartament). The area is home to several apartment complexes, with various food and drinks establishments, as well as some mini and supermarkets. And, as one might expect, the prices for these restaurants are lower than one might find in the city center. In fact, this is where I had some of the best gelato of the entire trip. We stayed for 4 nights and the conditions were definitely above average (especially considering the amount payed). The apartment was clean, with modern amenities, a garden and an air conditioning unit. Hot water, towels, fresh sheets etc... all was well! I was very curious about the breakfast option for this type of room, but, upon arrival, I saw that the owner had filled the refrigerator with enough food to last us 4 meals x 4 people. Good planning! The inside temperature was perfect, the beds were pretty comfortable. The addition of the courtyard was interesting and gave us plenty of time to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Moreover, the host was very helpful, polite and comunicative, offering directions when needed. There is probably more to say, but I believe, all things considered, this might be one of the best places to stay in Rome!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Monti Tiburtini Guest House! My wife, our two-year-old daughter, and I felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire visit to Rome. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank Katia, our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can truly feel how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home — her warmth made a big difference in our overall experience. The guest house itself is very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. It’s a family-friendly place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there are several shops nearby for anything you might need, and right downstairs in the building, there’s a lovely café where we had breakfast every morning. The staff there is very polite and friendly, and the breakfast selection was great. Although the kitchen is shared with other guests, it was absolutely no problem — actually, it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange experiences about visiting Rome. The kitchen was always tidy and well-equipped. The connection to the city center is fantastic. The metro station is very close to the property, and thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore Rome with ease. We walked around 20 kilometers each day, seeing all the major sights, and it was wonderful to return each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation. In short: everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back to Rome — and of course, staying again at Monti Tiburtini Guest House with Katia as our host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located home away from home in Rome. Thank you once again, Katia!

The host was super kind. He let us find the apartment super organized with many drinks (water, beer, prosecco) and treats (chocolates). Completely equipped kitchen and very good coffee caps. The apartment, at the top floor, was clean and had a very nice terrace available with a covered part and an open part making it a plus for any season and weather conditions. He also suggested us some neighbour restaurants of which we were very happy as to quality, friendliness of the owner and value for money Breakfast included in the price was at a neighbour bar (we got coupons). The quality and the variety of the breakfast was excellent
