It was really a great stay. Amazing experience. Cleanliness and facilities provided were outstanding.

5 minutes by bus from the main train station, to the center of Rome - around 20-30 minutes by bus (bus stop right outside). Apartment clean, has everything You would need. Host extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in the cafe downstairs, great pastry and food in general. Ended up eating dinner two evenings in a row. Overall, great place

Place is grate, near metro station, room was clean and all is new. Super expiriance

The host met us, also came within 10 minutes, and helped us with the washing machine. Both were very friendly. The apartment was very nice, big and comfortable with all the needed amenities. I recommend this apt

Strategic location with near by walking to Tiburtina train station, if you are travelling to intercity/airport and Tiburtina metro station is also in same location to go Roma city center. The flat was spacious with a good cleaning, wifi, bathroom and confort. The neighborhood is a lively place with so many various restaurants & cafes & markets. Susan was so friendly host. She gave us some vouchers to have free breakfast in near cafe for our 3 nights stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Monti Tiburtini Guest House! My wife, our two-year-old daughter, and I felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire visit to Rome. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank Katia, our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can truly feel how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home — her warmth made a big difference in our overall experience. The guest house itself is very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. It’s a family-friendly place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there are several shops nearby for anything you might need, and right downstairs in the building, there’s a lovely café where we had breakfast every morning. The staff there is very polite and friendly, and the breakfast selection was great. Although the kitchen is shared with other guests, it was absolutely no problem — actually, it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange experiences about visiting Rome. The kitchen was always tidy and well-equipped. The connection to the city center is fantastic. The metro station is very close to the property, and thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore Rome with ease. We walked around 20 kilometers each day, seeing all the major sights, and it was wonderful to return each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation. In short: everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back to Rome — and of course, staying again at Monti Tiburtini Guest House with Katia as our host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located home away from home in Rome. Thank you once again, Katia!

Everything is perfect! Gianluca and his wife are very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. They made our stay in Rome an unforgettable moment with their extra care towards their guests. The best one! We encountered no issue at all and payment was straighforward. They are also extremely generous, we received complimentary of breads, milk, half dozens of mineral water, chocolates, and biscuits. The breakfast from a nearby cafe were included in our booking and their pistachio croissant is so tasty. Gianluca also gave a box of surprise choc eggs to my daughter and made her so happy. Overall, I believe this is the best stay we ever had and Gianluca's property deserved the 10 star.The house is wonderful - clean, comfortable, has a washing machine with tumble dryer, complete kitchen utensils and just so beautiful. It is very near to the Tiburtina Stazione, just 5-6minute walk and take about 10 or 12 mins to Termini Stazione. We just rode one direct subway to Colosseum and on another day, rode one direct bus to Fountain Trevi, basically easy access to all the attractions at Rome. There are many shops and restaurants around the house, make it much easier for our stay. The area is safe and walking home from the station at night is totally fine. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Rome next time.
