We had a wonderful stay at this place in Rome! The accommodation was beautiful, cozy and clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Vatican City and close to the metro, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in the city. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet well-connected with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

I have no other option but to grant maximum score! Not only that it fulfilled my expectations value for money and all other aspects, but also the owner of the property, Alberto save me from one of the most stressful situations I ever passed through, after my backpack got stolen in the City Centre. He spare no effort and money to see me safely returning back home. What a great man. My hat goes off for him!

The apartment was not ready at the stated check-in time of 11, but we reached out to Guglielmo and he got us in as quickly as possible. Great morning coffee cafe on the corner so no trouble enjoying cappuccinos and pastries for a little bit. Guglielmo organized a ride for us from the airport to the apartment for a reasonable fee. Apartment very clean but be careful after showering as a lot of water ends up on the floor and it can get slippery. Highly recommend for an affordable and enjoyable stay in the Ottaviano Street area.

the photos were accurate and the room was very clean. nice furniture and A VERY COMFORTABLE BED! Vatican Museum was nearby as well as a lot of different restaurants and shops. there was also a church about 3 minutes away

Super close to the Vatican City, easy access to metro tube station only a few stops from Rome Termini, Salvatore was an excellent host and helped us get to the property and also assisted with public transport to get to the airport. Very knowledgeable about the area and the property itself was well kept and clean. Would definitely stay again if I am back in Rome.
