Everything was good and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean, spacious, well organised and it has everything one may need. Air con was a blessing! Location is superb, very close to the Vatican and close to convenience stores and good, authentic Italian restaurants.

Place is clean with access to all appliances you need. Fabio is a great host, communication with him was very good and efficient. It’s very close to Vatican City and Ottaviano tube station. We’ve enjoyed stay in the apartment and overall Rome and we would like to recommend it.

Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. One of the standout features of this apartment was its impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. We had a wonderful stay at this place in Rome! The accommodation was beautiful, cozy and clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Vatican City and close to the metro, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in the city. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet well-connected with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

We lived here 6 days. All were good. The room was cleaned, we had water and juices in the room every day. Common space was comfortable, there is a sofa, a balcony and two tables for eating. The kitchen has big fridge with individual shelf for every room, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a stove, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was very hospitality – the fruits, a pie and snacks every day. We could stay our luggage inside after check-out. Near there is the underground station of Valle Aurelia, Conad supermarket. For the breakfast we had cards to the cafe Lasiciliana, it’s near from the hotel – coffee and brioche are nice for the start of day.

The room is clean and nice. Salvatore is very thoughtful and sent us many helpful documents about Rome tourism before we checked in. This is particularly useful for first-time visitors to Rome. Salvatore also helped us book a taxi from the apartment to the airport, making our last day in Rome very smooth.
