I have no other option but to grant maximum score! Not only that it fulfilled my expectations value for money and all other aspects, but also the owner of the property, Alberto save me from one of the most stressful situations I ever passed through, after my backpack got stolen in the City Centre. He spare no effort and money to see me safely returning back home. What a great man. My hat goes off for him!

Really secure entrance; 3 separate codes needed to get into our apartment. Building opposite the entrance to the Vatican, so although busy in the day it wasn’t noisy and of an evening the area was quiet. Even though there are plenty of places to eat around about. The apartment looked newly renovated. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had a huge balcony. The bedding was lovely. We had a nespresso machine mini fridge, with bottles of water and an ice tray, lots of biscoff biscuits and fresh fruit provided every day. The shower had excellent water pressure and a decent hairdryer provided as well as some lovely smelling toiletries. What was especially good was the communication. We’re now off to Naples and our new host is not replying to any messages, our host here was always available so it removed any stress at all. I would absolutely stay here again.
