Everything was good and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean, spacious, well organised and it has everything one may need. Air con was a blessing! Location is superb, very close to the Vatican and close to convenience stores and good, authentic Italian restaurants.

A beautiful, renovated and very spacious apartment close to the Vatican. Several coffee shops, restaurants, bars, fasion shops and grocery stores in close proximity, same for the metro and bus stops. But the standout feature is the host: in over 14 years of traveling we have never had a more helpful and kind host. Fabio even drove out to the apartment late on a Friday night and stayed until a problem with the door lock was fixed. He provided tips in where to eat and personally called a taxi on the morning we left: surely a candidate for the #1 superhost in Booking.com.

We were 2 families and each family had its own room with big wardrobe, drawers, tv and its own bathroom. It even had a hair straightener and iron facilities. The hostess was really helpful and also gave us tips for getting around. Very close to Ottaviano metro station. It had super market, bakery, restaurants and bars nearby.

Beautifully furnished in a great location. Has everything you need for a great break. Salvatore is a fantastic host and was so helpful with everything.

We lived here 6 days. All were good. The room was cleaned, we had water and juices in the room every day. Common space was comfortable, there is a sofa, a balcony and two tables for eating. The kitchen has big fridge with individual shelf for every room, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a stove, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was very hospitality – the fruits, a pie and snacks every day. We could stay our luggage inside after check-out. Near there is the underground station of Valle Aurelia, Conad supermarket. For the breakfast we had cards to the cafe Lasiciliana, it’s near from the hotel – coffee and brioche are nice for the start of day.

This room is very beautiful, very modern and very clean. Comfortable bed and good working airco, little terrace and good roller shutters. Very nice bathroom, good shower. Lovely lighting. Good self check-in. Close to metro station to reach centre. Nice restaurants around. Good place to spend the night after a busy day in Rome.

Very good localisation, close to the metro/bus stations. There are many restaurants, shops in the area (including 24h). The apartment is very comfortable, clean and quiet, with good wifi quality. In the apartment you have all amenities and equipment you need to rest comfortable. Excellent contact with the host, who is a very helpful and friendly person.
