Everything was perfect. Especially, I appreciate Katerina's support. I booked a Vatican Museum guided tour from a third party, but Katerina noticed that the museum was closed due to a holiday. She even called the Vatican to check. It turned out that the ticket was invalid, so I could swiftly refund it and find a new ticket. Katarina's professional actions and carings made my stay in Roma perfect.

From the warm welcome, with Martina waiting for us in front of the building despite our late arrival (we informed her in advance) to the cheerful breakfast experience where Himaly greeted us every morning with a smile and served us coffee. Our stay was truly delightful. We loved the breakfast, simple but more than enough. Perfect location, restaurants just a short walk away, spotless cleanliness, the pleasant scent throughout the place, and the homely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The property is situated just outside the Metro station as well as a mall which makes it extremely convenient. Location 10/10! Marco also made sure that the property was clean and ready for us when we checked in. The apartment is in beautiful condition and has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea. Marco is extremely accommodating and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you to Marco for being an incredible host! Such a friendly demeanour that made us feel at home for our first visit in Rome. Also a lovely breakfast is provided - cereals, croissants, oats, yoghurt, juice, Nutella and so much more! I would recommend this property to all friends and family!

Kia ora (greetings)! Ngā mihi nui (thank you), for a wonderful one night stay. Your whare (house) was immaculate, clean and cosy comfortable! Especially the pull out sofa! I felt like I was in an actual bed. Parakuihi (breakfast) served by the wahine ātaahua! (beautiful woman) Julia was exceptional! The little restaurant/bar just a few steps away from our accom was great value for money. A short uber ride into Rome central, everything was perfecto! Aroha nui (much love) from the Māori girls of Aotearoa (New Zealand)❤️
