My second time at the Piccolo di Piazza di Spagna, and the experience I had was great! Welcoming staff, room immediately available even in the morning (great if you arrive early morning after a long flight). Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Wifi great! The location is close to one of the best parts of Rome, and very easy to reach from stazione termini.

I loved the welcoming, Jaison was splendid the room was spacious and amazing for a small family of 3 having the top mezzanine floor. It was super clean and scented beautifully, they left us some welcoming 'aperitivo' and chips which was so appreciated. I was so pleased even though I was a bit scared initially as many comments were really bad which was not the case at all! They were extremely friendly, the breakfast also was amazing and there's always food and coffee available with no extra charge for the guests throughout the day out of breakfast times, which in my nearly 20 years of traveling I have never seen. The shower was nice and hot, and the location was super as well.Totally staying here again if back in Rome.

The property is exactly as advertised, no bizarre surprises or shortcomings that would disappoint the customer and ruin your one off Italian holiday. Very clean, spacious rooms and feels very luxurious with all the xtra touch provided such as complimentary cookies, espresso and tea selections in the room. The common lobby area is chic and comfortable and decorated with pieces of art. The personnel offers a nice cup of coffee/tea of your choice with a piece of delicious local cake. The building is conveniently located in a very safe street right just off Piazza Barberini. It is not scary to get back to the hotel on your own when it gets dark, as it is located next to some other same caliber nice hotels and very close to the Piazza Barberini. The entrance to the building, the elevator, entrance to Parisii are all very convenient and safe. The personnel are very kind and helpful. The return airport transfer was arranged by Parisii at a very acceptable rate and by a very good and kind driver.
