There is nothing about this hotel that is not a 10. The team at the front check in desk were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, quick and understanding. It felt like they were always a step ahead of our requests. There is a very nice foyer/bar with good nibbles, but actually good food. We had a really long travel day, got in really late, headed down for an Aperol Spritz and had a pleasantly good dinner, ordered from a table in the bar. The bar tender, Massimo, takes very good care of his bar patrons. He's pleasant, fun and generous. I can not say enough about our room. We had a room on the 4th floor with 2 terraces and a hot tub. The room was huge, the terraces had opposing views, the room was spotless, we simply can not say enough about this hotel. It is very conveniently located to the vaporetto stop that can get you anywhere. We walked from the hotel to St. Mark's, which was long, but it's so interesting and fun with so many selfie stops, you barely notice the time. This hotel is actually within walking distance of the airport, it took maybe 15 minutes, but if you have heavy luggage, take the vaporetto, as there are a couple of bridges. The morning breakfast served here (if you include it in your reservation) is wonderful, a huge variety, a bottle of prosecco every morning, just because they can. Plenty of hot options as well as meats/fruit/pastries. I can only give this a 10, but know, it's like a 100. You will not be disappointed. A huge shout out to the owners/management of this hotel. Spot on services and amenities.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and it was an absolute joy to stay at! It was all very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful. Location for us was perfect, it is about a 20-25 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, but if you want, you can take the waterbus or hop on a train cause the trainstation is pretty much next to the hotel. The hotel also offers a free phone to use in the city. It has unlimited data and phone calls! We didn’t know this was included, but it was very useful!! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay, especially the staff who worked the breakfast buffet. My friend has a gluten allergy and there were good glutenfree options. So very allergene friendly!! We’d highly recommend this hotel for a short or long term stay!!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing, the location right in front of a Vaperetto stop, the beautiful building with its recent renovation being perfectly balanced and on-point. I love how they left the fresco art while building the modern rooms below them. The social gathering area on each floor was an awesome space to do photo editing, catching up on emails, or even having a drink while meeting others staying in the hotel. I'd like to give a special mention for the amazing team at this hotel. Prior to arriving, we had sent several emails asking a number of questions. The team always replied promptly and with the following signature, "we remain at your disposal". Throughout our stay, that's exactly how we felt. The entire team was always available to help us. Unfortunately, I lost the record of their names, but I'd like to especially recognize the front desk people and the bartender of Philippines descent (moved to Italy when he was 8) for their truly amazing service. They went out of their way to make our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The location was very convenient, 20 minutes away from the center on foot and 5-10 by orto station. It was very clean and nice. It has 2 bathrooms so if you're a big group it's very convenient.

Everything went well beyond my expectations: the elegance of the common area and the room, renovated just a few months ago blending the ancient Venetian homes with contemporary furnishings; impeccable cleanliness; the service. Perhaps the most surprising aspect was the attention to small details that make a difference: colored lights for the shower, soft blue lights in the room, numerous power outlets, the kettle, and herbal teas. The host, Lorenzo, is incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful: a friend more than a landlord.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The location is absolutely perfect, it’s tucked away in a peaceful courtyard, so it feels calm and quiet, yet just outside the gate you’ll find lovely restaurants, cafés and shops. You can reach the main area in just a few minutes on foot, but the neighborhood itself is charming and feels much more local, away from the busy crowds of Venice. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the value for money is honestly unbeatable. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and every morning they left some coffee, biscuits and little treats, which was such a nice touch. The Alilaguna water bus from the airport stops just 5 minutes away at Madonna dell’Orto, so getting here was super easy. Overall, a hidden gem in Venice... Calm, convenient, and full of character. Highly recommend!
