The staff were amazing and so helpful..the hotel was beautiful and clean. The Bed was comfortable It took about 20 minutes to walk to st Marcos square and Santa Lucia train station.

Everything was excellent! The location was perfect, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Some rooms at the back of the building had a nice view—mine was at the front. The complimentary Prosecco in the evening was a lovely touch. Breakfast had great options, and overall, the experience was wonderful. Will definitely return!

First of all is fantastic location, few minutes walk from Academia bridge. Second of all, brilliant and easy communication with host, seamless check in. And the main part is apartment itself - spacious, beautiful and well equipped for a few days stay.
