I organised my girlfriends birthday and our anniversary remotely and the staff was amazingly helpful arranging everything. Flowers, petals on the bed, champagne, fruits, massage in the room, birthday cake. Very responsive and always helpful. I booked the corner room with the jacuzzi and a view in the canal.

All staff members were kind, nice, and super professional. The location was so good that it was quite easy to access other sights, but at the same time, quiet at night. It also takes only 4-5 minutes to get to the vaporetto stop (Accademia). Additionally, the beautiful and tidy garden made me feel cozy and enjoy my last day in Venice.

Superbly comfortable with everything of really high quality including bed linen and towels. All this combined with a thrilling design aesthetic that made our stay very special. Excellent staff that went out of their way to help. Good breakfast. All very understated in the best possible way. Dorsoduro is excellent location too -away from the milling crowds. And very importantly hotel was quiet. One of my best hotel experiences ever. Ask for a small tutorial in how heating and air conditioning work.
