The two ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet but convenient. Only 4 minutes walking distance from the pier. A great choice to stay in Venice.

This is a great appartement, spacious, clean, freshly renovated and with nice view and excellent location. You are a couple of stops before reaching San Marco and yet you stay at a quiet place without tourists. Definitely recommended for a family.

Cute and very local. East to find and a helpful host who came personally to help when we struggled with the heating. Good amenities. Close to public transport and some excellent restaurants. Helpful host with hints about where we should go to try local delicacies and see interesting sights.

It is actually perfect location for the stay - close to everything (vaporetto station, market/shop, retaurants, rooftop terrace). Location and apartment is quite (good to rest), in the apartment there is everything you might need. Venice is 2 min away. We came from Treviso airport with Burzo transfer bus (bought ticket 10eur right in the bus) straight to Tronchetto station in Venice. Small tip - everyone is guided to buy a ticket to the center, but if you move further 300m (or ask) you get to the Info office Venecia Unica. There we bought Venezia Unica City Pass (worth it!) for few days, and went straight to the apartment. It was super easy to find. The host, Alessia, is wonderful and will explain and give a lot of suggestions, so you are in good hands! It was a pleasure!
