The two ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet but convenient. Only 4 minutes walking distance from the pier. A great choice to stay in Venice.

The location of this lovely flat is perfect, with easy access to not only San Marco but also the Lido and other islands on the lagoon, as well as the airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all a few minutes walk away, and the flat has everything you could need. AC is good and there's a fan in the kitchen, and all the rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. Good bed too! And Constantino was the perfect host, giving us travel advice before we arrived and coming to meet us at the vaporetto stop (two minutes away from the flat), also recommending restaurants etc.

The apartment is very well located in a calm area. It looks brand new and was fully equipped, beyond our expectations (with cakes for breakfast, fruit juice and milk in the fridge, body creams in the bathroom, etc). The bed was very comfortable and above all, the welcome was great: we were welcome at the boat and guided to the apartment and the host gave us several recommendations about restaurants and places to go which were of high value.
