Really liked this cosy hotel. Room was very clean, staff seemed to be friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice as well. Location might be a bit far from the centre, but I truly believe, that during high season it might be considered as a strong plus. Please be aware, some ferries change the route during the foggy days. Otherwise I had a really pleasant experience in this hotel :)

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I really loved this apartment. The owner is very kind and helpful, the island is very calm and filled with local people which is very different from around St Marc’s square. The island is really beautiful. It’s a very nice place for those who love cooking.

The host was amazing! I had booked the apartment as a gift for my parents and they have been welcomed and taken great care of purely out of kindness. The properly was very clean, very well positioned and breakfast coffee/nibbles were available.

Patch of Eden is, at the same time, well connected to all other main places in Venice but also independent enough to be quiet in a city crowded by tourists. The apartment is large, surrounded by green spaces, silent at night and luminous during the day. There are also several places to have a nice meal. Then, Francesca and David were superb from beginning to end! To sum up, a great option if you are visiting Venice!
