The apartment was clean, smelled good, it was quite spacious and had an amazing view to the Grand canal with a personal dock in front of the window and view of Rialto bridge. The location was perfect, staff was helpful and friendly. The apartment was cleaned every day. Lovely! No complaints at all!

Absolutely nothing to dislike! From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty! From the front desk staff, to the bar staff to the restaurant - everyone made our stay perfect! The location is wonderful with a one-mile path along the lake to reach the Port or downtown with restaurants along the way. It's also a few blocks from a pharmacy and more restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice however we couldn't have dinner in the dining room two nights due to private functions. The breakfast was marvalous. The outdoor seating viewing the lake was amazing - we'll come back if we can.
