I cannot fault anything about this place. We stayed in a triple room with our 5yo and everything was perfect. The room was large with a closet and a lot of storage space. The communal gym and jacuzzi were at the back with a view of the canal, which was very nice. There are spots like comunal areas very nicely decorated around the building. The staff were superb! The breakfast has many options and you can have prosecco if you want to, there is also a machine for you to make your own waffle which is a good touch. We asked for a water taxi to go to the airport and having a private boat access on the back of the hotel was the cherry on top of the cake. Don’t look for anywhere else if you are looking for a unique and special stay. I recommend and would definitely stay there again.

It’s a GEM in the centre of the city. Walking distance to the main bridge and all the attractions. I travelled with a group of 4 friends and booked a 2 bed room apartment hotel. It looked like a president suite but with hotel apartment pricing. Worth staying.

Hotel is in a great location. 50m from boat stop short walk to San Marco Square. 24 hour front desk with friendly helpful staff. Room small but comfortable and all you need. Good hot water.

The location was very central, close to san Marco and Rialto. The room was spacious (by Italian standards). The bathroom was very good. Small touches like slippers, fridge bar and kettle made for a comfortable stay.
They had a 24 hour concierge.
The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices like cereals, eggs, etc.

Gala was such a sweet lady! She found us after we got to Venice and walked us to our room. On the day of our departure we were technically leaving before breakfast time but she brought us some treats to eat anyways. She walked with us to our airport water-taxi and was just such a delight. We felt so welcomed and looked after. The room itself was very classy, and the bathroom was enormous! Breakfast was a room service feast!
