The hotel was perfect in every way - staff was incredibly nice, the room was impeccably clean, everything is new and fresh, the towels get changed every day. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee is great! At breakfast, you can try traditional dishes as well as typical western breakfast (it's a buffet). The staff gives you recommendations on where to go, how to get there, they also arrange airport transfers which I found very helpful. The location is also good - you can either walk downtown in 18-20 mins or take an Uber for 2-3 EUR, yet you are at a quieter area to sleep :)
