The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful, supportive and kind.
The breakfast and dinner were very good and had a lot of variety.
Finally, the property had 3 amazing onsens with great views and facilities.
Overall great stay in a great hotel and we are extremely happy. We would definitely return.

Very good location near Mt Kurodake ropeway. The hotel lobby looked nice and modern. There were free drinks, snacks and soft serve ice cream after 3 pm. The buffet dinner was super nice with various seafood such as snow crabs, different types and sashimi and sushi

We really enjoyed our stay.
All were nice and helpful. From our total hokkaido travel it was our favourit hotel.
We had an problem with our car and we got from the hotel great help. Thank you so much! You saved our holliday.
We would always come back, if we are travel again to hokkaido.

The large room with stunning mountain and river view! I didn’t want to leave. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and played billiards. The staff were delightful and spoke English made it easier for us.

Wonderfully maintained and new feeling place. Has a greatly tasteful traditional feel to the interior, while it feeling pristine and spotless.
Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food is wonderful and very plentiful.
